All services are provided free of charge to eligible participants. There is no cost to you at any time.
By submitting an application, you consent to being contacted by our team via phone, SMS, or email regarding your application, services, and program updates. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
To deliver services, we may need to share your information with partner organizations (such as meal providers, healthcare providers, or housing agencies). By using our services, you consent to this sharing as described in our Privacy Policy. You will also be asked to sign a separate HIPAA-compliant consent form during the screening process.
